BRUNO HOUSSIN HAS WON THE FAMOUS PRICE "BEST OF THE BEST" OF PRODUCT DESIGN IN GERMANY.

Design caractéristique à la fois minimaliste et sophistiqué, la gamme KAO est particulièrement adaptée à l’éclairage d’espaces architecturaux à grand volume.

Aujourd'hui, les qualités de ce luminaire hors du commun, édité par Artemide et signé Bruno Houssin, ont été officiellement reconnues par le monde du design. En effet, l'institution internationale allemande  Red Dot Design vient de couronner le KAO de son fameux point rouge, label de qualité et d'innovation, dans la prestigieuse catégorie « Best of the Best ».

Characteristic design at once minimalist and sophisticated, the range KAO is particularly adapted to the lighting of architectural spaces with big volume.
Today, the qualities of this outstanding lamp, produced  by Artemide and signed Bruno Houssin, were officially recognized by the world of the design. Indeed, the international german Red Dot Design institution has just crowned the KAO of its famous red point, seal of quality and innovation, in prestigious category « Best of the Best ».

Identifiable à son arborescence structurelle typique, fortement inspirée de l’univers végétal, KAO est un programme de luminaires à émission indirecte, à poser en suspension, en applique ou en plafonnier, utilisant des tubes fluorescents T16 de 28W et 54W à alimentation électronique.

Par ses dimensions et son design caractéristique à la fois minimaliste et sophistiqué, la gamme KAO est particulièrement adaptée à l’éclairage d’espaces architecturaux à grand volume, notamment les halls d’entrée, les zones d’accueil ou de circulation. 

Recognizable thanks to typical structural arborescence, deeply inspired by vegetable universe, KAO is a program of light with indirect issue, to put pendant light fitting, in wall lamp or in ceiling light, using fluorescent lamps T16 of 28W and 54W with an electronic supply.
By its dimensions and its distinctive design at once minimalist and sophisticated, the range KAO is particularly adapted to the lighting of architectural spaces with big volume, in particular halls, areas of reception movement.

Les appareils en aluminium, de section réduite (40x40mm), forment des ramifications originales pour composer des structures lumineuses en deux ou trois dimensions.
7 structures standard sont proposées, livrées en sous-ensembles pré-montés et pré-câblés en usine pour faciliter la mise en œuvre.

7 standard structures are proposed, delivered in subsets already assembled in factory to facilitate the implementation.

Les luminaires KAO s’utilisent seuls ou en grappe pour une infinité de compositions suivant le volume du local et le caractère spectaculaire recherché par le concepteur lumière.

KAO lamps is only used or in cluster for an infinite number of compositions following the volume of premises and the spectacular character studied by the lighting designer.
